1 At our discretion, we may change the interest rate and the annual percentage yield on the account at any time. Interest begins to accrue no later than the business day we receive credit for the deposit of non-cash items (for example, checks). If you close your account before the end of your statement cycle, you will not receive the accrued interest.
2 For additional fees, please refer to our Miscellaneous Service Fees Schedule.
3 You may make no more than six preauthorized withdrawals, preauthorized transfers for overdraft protection, automatic or telephone transfers, checks, drafts, and debit card or other similar transactions from your account per statement cycle.
4 Early withdrawal penalties apply to CDs. Interest begins to accrue on the business day we receive credit for the deposit of noncash items. You may not make deposits into or withdrawals from your account until the maturity date. CDs can have single maturity or automatic renewal at the maturity date. If the automatic renewal feature is selected, you will have 10 calendar days after maturity to withdraw funds without penalty. USA PATRIOT Act
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, the Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What does this mean for you? When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
